Lerer is spontaneous and independent. She left her home in Taiwan at age 14 to pursue art and fashion. Growing up with her photographer father, and her mom and aunt in fashion and makeup, art come naturally to her. She graduated from Paul Mitchell and trained in Goldwell, Aquage, and LivingProof. She fell in love with Aveda and now finds it to be her home. Makeup is in her soul, faces are like canvases and she sees beauty in everyone.
Farrah’s love of hair started in grade school, trying new things with her own hair and eventually convincing others to let her do theirs. She trained at the Aveda Institute Los Angeles and fell in love with their products as well as their mission statement. She grew up in a very holistic and nature loving family, so being a part of Aveda and their global contributions is very important to her. However, the training at Vidal Sassoon and Tony and Guy helped to shape Farrah as a stylist. Being a stylist you never stop learning and she intends to seek out the betterment of her education through photo shoots and endless classes both in this country and abroad.

Tatiana has been doing hair since she was 17 years old. Her god mom inspired and pushed her to go to beauty school. Her strongest skill is make up, because with make up, anything is possible. It’s like painting a picture for the first time. We always need color because color makes everything come to life. When choosing this career she did know what to expect, but when you truly do what you love, you never work a day in your life.
